Our authentic classic billowy French sourdough loaf is handmade from only 3 ingredients: 100% organic wheat, water, and salt. The dough is manually folded, infusing it with oxygen, and creating the signature composition of aerated pockets resulting in a light and delicate sponge. Each loaf is allowed to ferment for up to 20 hours, and is then individually baked to perfection in singular dutch ovens, expertly tended to during the entire process. This labor of love results in a traditionally mild sourdough, under a crispy, golden, buttery crust seasoned with flour.
